Administration service includes but not limited to prepare / review staff employment contracts, medical insurance, maintain employee files, monitoring of all vital information and validity of employee legal documents such as passports, Iqamas, driving license, exits and re‐entries visa, visit visas and Work Permits.

Resources Secondment

Provide guidance and support on Client resources to stay and work in KSA.  Perform internal controls on all processes in order to avoid any delay in mobilization.

Financial Services

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping in compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting System) standards and General Authority of Zakat and Tax regulations. Service includes but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables,  Fixed Assets,   Bank Account Reconciliation and  Monthly Financial Statement. 

Payroll Management

Complete payroll process as per the schedule agreed with the Client. Service Includes but not limited to preparation of payroll summary, dispatch pay slips, reports on accruals on End of services gratuity and vacation entitlements in accordance with individual employment agreements.
